The Vollrath Instacut 5.1 Manual Food Processor decreases ingredient prep time while increasing your food presentation quality. With the manual food processor, easily pop in and out the thermoset blades for simple cleaning and quick blade replacements. The blades require 50% less force than straight blades, allowing the chef to effortlessly cut food and decrease employee fatigue. 

Its tall base is designed to fit containers up to 6" high while the sled-leg base offers superior resistance to breakage. The rubber feet provide added stability, so the unit does not move around while in use.

This food processor has a large 5" cutting base that can accommodate a variety of fruits and vegetables.
