The 20" JW1 Countertop Cheese Melter helps you add your finishing touches and serve fresh nachos, cheese fries and more. It has a 13" opening that has a capacity of 10" or 12" plates. This cheese melter is ideal for medium-volume applications. 

The countertop finishing oven features a standby mode to reduce energy up to 75% during slow periods and includes a 15-minute timer so the operator can achieve their desired results.
